The Role
As an integral member of our Labour Hire Recruitment team based in our Melbourne office, you will focus on sourcing and filling exciting positions within the Melbourne Construction sector. Your recruitment expertise will enable you to build strong connections and deliver exceptional solutions to our diverse client base. You will also focus on cultivating relationships with candidates to ensure our staff excel.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and recruit top talent
Screen, interview, and onboard candidates that meet our high standards
Provide valuable insights to candidates and clients
Regularly conduct site visits
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Create and promote engaging job advertisements across various platforms




Collaborate with clients to confirm job orders and role briefs

About You
You have a minimum of 2 Years Recruitment experience, ideally in labour hire or construction related fields
You understand OHS guidelines through qualifications or experience
You thrive in challenging situations and handle pressure like a pro
You pay attention to detail and take the initiative to go the extra mile
You love connecting with people and building relationships
You possess a valid Driver's License
You are motivated by growth and ready to put in the effort!
