With a strong reputation for precision, innovation, and end-to-end project delivery, the business continues to grow across national markets.
Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced PYTHA CAD Draftsperson to join their team. This is a key role supporting both design and production, working closely with project managers and the factory to deliver accurate, build-ready drawings for retail fit-out and joinery projects.

What you'll be doing
Interpreting architectural drawings, concepts, and client briefs
Preparing joinery documentation for manufacture and installation
Creating cut lists, material specifications, and CNC-ready outputs
Liaising with project managers, designers, and production teams
Revising drawings based on feedback and site conditions




Ensuring accuracy, buildability, and compliance with project requirements
Supporting the transition from design through to production
What we're looking for
Background in joinery, cabinet making, or shopfitting
Strong understanding of joinery construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Experience preparing drawings for CNC/manufacturing (highly regarded)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
