About the role:
Reporting to the Senior HR Admin Lead, the HR Administrator is responsible for providing accurate, timely and productive HR administrative support to staff and businesses across the IntoWork Group.
Working as part of a generalist People and Culture team, this role supports a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle and plays a key role in coordinating information flows for people processes. The position requires a strong focus on service delivery, confidentiality, accuracy and meeting designated timeframes, while also assisting with payroll and office services tasks as required.
As the HR Administrator, you will:
Provide efficient and effective HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including letters of offer, employment agreements, contract variations and staff exits
Coordinate onboarding processes and manage probationary periods to ensure a seamless staff experience
Accurately maintain HR records, personnel files and payroll documentation, ensuring data integrity across systems
Ensure employment-related checks are completed and maintained,
including police checks and working with children checks
Support People and Culture projects and activities such as group inductions and staff milestones
Complete required HR reporting and documentation
Utilise HR systems to ensure consistency, accuracy and efficiency
Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction and continuous improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and internal stakeholders
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
Comply with health, safety, information security and IT policies and procedures
About you:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with the following background:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar HR administration role
Certificate III in Business / Business Administration or similar
Certificate IV or higher in Human Resources Management or Business (highly regarded)
Experience using electronic HR systems and maintaining HR records
Knowledge of employment legislation, awards and agreements
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer service focus and stakeholder relationship skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple sites
Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft applications and HR databases
Resilience and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Mandatory requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check are required and can be arranged for the successful applicant.
