This role will require youto engage professionally and efficiently with our applicants, staff and clients.
Your tasks will include:
Being first point of contact for all inbound allocation calls from clients and to staff
Rostering staff into shift vacancies depending on their skill mix and shift type
Marketing available staff to facilities
Ensuring compliance of all staff, in line with client agreements
Managing the candidate's experience and ensuring staff have a positive work experience through support and information about the associated available job
This role isideally suited to those with strong customer service experience with demonstrated experiencein recruitment.Qualifications or experience in nursing or related healthcare field would be advantageous.
