This permanent full-time leadership opportunity is suited to an experienced warehouse or distribution professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes and driving operational performance.
Working within a large-scale fulfilment operation supporting both retail stores and online customer demand, you will oversee an allocated operational zone, lead frontline leaders, optimise workflow and ensure safety, productivity and service targets are achieved.
This is a highly visible, hands‐on leadership role where you will spend significant time on the warehouse floor coaching teams, analysing performance, resolving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the daily performance of an allocated warehouse operational zone.
Manage, coach and develop Supervisors and warehouse teams.
Drive safety, productivity, quality and customer service outcomes.
Monitor operational KPIs including labour efficiency, productivity and service levels.
Manage labour allocation and operational priorities.
Identify process improvements and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects.
Analyse operational data and reporting to support decision making.
Utilise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for workflow management, reporting and performance tracking.
Conduct performance discussions, coaching and leadership development.
Support inventory accuracy through audits, investigations and process improvements.
Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders across the operation.
About You
You will be an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys improving operations rather than simply maintaining them.
To be successful, you will have:
4-5+ years' experience leading warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
Proven experience managing Supervisors,



Team Leaders or frontline operational teams.
Experience within high-volume warehousing, fulfilment or distribution environments.
Strong KPI, productivity and performance management experience.
Demonstrated continuous improvement and problem-solving capability.
Experience managing labour planning and operational resources.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
Full Australian working rights.
Highly Regarded
Experience within retail distribution, eCommerce fulfilment or automated warehouse environments.
Experience with Manhattan WMS or similar systems including SAP, Oracle, Pronto or NetSuite.
Previous experience leading operational improvement projects.
Lean / Continuous Improvement experience.
Relevant Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations qualifications.
Current LF Forklift Licence.
