About the role
As a First Aid Officer, you will be a key contributor to student wellbeing, ensuring students receive appropriate care and attention throughout the school day, helping create a safe and supportive environment where students can thrive.
Position Title: First Aid Officer
Reports to: Director of Wellbeing
Time Fraction: Full time
Tenure: 12-month Fixed term contract (possibility of ongoing)
Effective Date: July **** until June ****

What you'll do
Maintain student medical records and First Aid resources.
Support student health, wellbeing and medication management.




Assist with compliance, reporting and risk management activities.
Provide First Aid support and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
Ensure First Aid supplies and kits are fully stocked and ready for use.
Contribute to a safe, caring and compliant school workplace.
Maintain accurate student health records, medical plans and medications.
What you'll bring
Previous First Aid experience in a busy, compliance-focused environment
Current Employee WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle (for cross campus travel)
Strong Office 365, Word and Excel skills
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
