About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a high performing in-house recruitment team on a part time (3-4 days per week) 12 week contract basis. This role will see you managing end to end recruitment and providing hands on support throughout the initial hiring lifecycle. Based in the CBD, you will play a key role in supporting a busy recruitment function, working across multiple roles at once in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the initial recruitment process across a variety of roles
Support sourcing, shortlisting, interviews and offers
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and talent pools
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications
Ensure recruitment documentation, compliance and processes are followed
Support a busy recruitment function managing up to ***** active roles at a time
About You
Previous in-house (corporate) recruitment experience
Available immediately for a part time 3 month contract
Proven ability to build pipelines and talent pools
Contracting experience is highly desirable, with the ability to quickly ramp up and adapt to established processes
Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities
Confident working within established recruitment processes and systems
Able to thrive in a busy, hands-on environment with manual processes
Additional Information
Immediately available - open to working holiday visa candidates
CBD location with a minimum of 3 days onsite
Available for a 12 week assignment
