The Role
As a Junior Accountant, you'll gain invaluable exposure across accounting, tax, and advisory services. Working closely with experienced seniors and managers, you'll build a strong foundation in technical accounting and client management while being supported every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and BAS for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships.
Assisting in tax compliance and advisory work across a diverse client portfolio.
Supporting the team with audit assignments and project‐based work.
Liaising directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
Assisting in the preparation of management reports and budgets.
Staying up to date with tax and accounting standards and applying them in practice.
Working with cloud accounting software (Xero, MYOB, etc.) and internal workflow systems.
About You
Degree qualified (or near completion) in Accounting/Commerce.




Commenced or intending to commence CA/CPA studies.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building a career in public practice.
