What you'll do
Design and enhance user experiences for our digital platforms, ensuring they align with our mission of sustainable energy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in experience design or a related field.
Proven expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.




Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
Nice to have
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in the energy sector or related industries.
Skills & tools
Proficient in user research techniques, usability testing, and data analysis.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
