The Opportunity
We are on the look out for an experienced and committed Receptionist to join our thriving clinic on an
part-time
basis. This role offers approximately

. While our preferred working days are
Wednesday and Thursday
, we're open to considering alternative arrangements across Monday to Thursday for the right person.
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive experience.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Greeting clients and managing front desk operations.
Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.




Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
Experience in an administrative or receptionist role ideal.
Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is
highly regarded but not essential!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using booking systems and general office software.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
