This is not an entry-level styling role. Previous experience working within a property staging or property styling business is essential.
The Opportunity Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will assist with styling installations, property pack-downs and the preparation of homes across Melbourne.
You will need to be someone who sees what needs to be done and gets on with it. A positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail and willingness to contribute across all areas of the business are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with the packing, loading, installation and pack-down of styled properties
Supporting styling layouts, furniture placement and finishing touches
Selecting and preparing furniture, artwork and accessories for installations
Ensuring every property is presented to a consistently high standard
Maintaining, organising and caring for furniture and styling stock
Assisting with inventory management and warehouse presentation
Travelling to properties across Melbourne from the Mount Waverley base
Working collaboratively with stylists, warehouse staff and removal teams

About You
You will be proactive, dependable and genuinely passionate about property styling and interiors.
You will also have:
Previous experience working in a property staging or property styling business
A current Australian driver's license
A proactive, hands-on approach and strong can-do attitude
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for presentation
The physical fitness required to assist with lifting, carrying and moving styling items
Excellent reliability and time management
A willingness to take direction, accept feedback and support the wider team
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Previous property styling or staging experience and a current driver's license are non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you do not meet both of these requirements.
