Description
Own and manage company P&L; performance, delivering financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Events, Operations, and Leadership teams to drive business performance and accountability.
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning activities, ensuring accurate and timely business projections.
Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity assessments to evaluate risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
Deliver executive, board, and management reporting packs with actionable commentary on financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
Analyse revenue, gross margin, pricing, product profitability, sales channels, inventory, commissions,



and operating expenditure to identify improvement opportunities.
Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and dashboard enhancements to increase business visibility and reporting efficiency.
Manage
1 Direct Report, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high-performance within the finance function.
Profile
A successful applicant should have:
7+ years' experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering.
Strong P&L; ownership, analysis, and commercial acumen.
Advanced Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skills.
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
Experience preparing executive and board-level reporting.
