About the Role
As
Customer Service Officer
, you will be responsible for supporting our daily customer service and logistics operations. You will work closely with customers, drivers and warehouse teams to ensure productive and timely service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
Provide shipment updates and logistics solutions to customers
Coordinate with customers, drivers and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily operationsResolve customer enquiries and service issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
Assist with general administrative duties as required
About You
We're seeking someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in customer service, administration or the logistics industry is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in both English and Mandarin
A current driver's licence and reliable transport are preferred
