We're a Melbourne-based aged/home care and NDIS provider founded by registered nurses. Founded by registered nurses, we're built on clinical expertise, cultural understanding, and a genuine commitment to the people we support. Our clients trust us to get their care right and rostering is where that trust is won or lost.
About you
Experienced in rostering within aged care and/or NDIS, ideally in community-based settings
Calm and capable in a fast-paced workplace — you can juggle multiple rostering demands at once while keeping accuracy front of mind
Agile and adaptable — you see change as a normal part of the job, not a disruption to it
A genuine heart for client care and excellent customer service, with every decision made through that lens
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities
Confident communicator, comfortable handling calls and correspondence professionally
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a hybrid arrangement
You will need
