About the Role
You'll be at the core of the advice team— contributing to real outcomes and sharpening your skills every day.
Assist with research and analysis across all areas of tax structures, asset ownership with exposure to portfolio construction and management
Model scenarios and stress test strategies, prepare SoAs, RoAs, and client materials
Sit in on strategy sessions and learn how the advice really comes together
Engage with a close-knit, high-performing team who will support you all the way
What they're Looking For
They are looking a person who "fit's the family photo", is aligned culturally. You have an interest in personal financial advice, working in advice strategy and construction with a common thread of being driven to always develop.
You'll bring:
Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly




Current exposure to financial advice and plan construction
Confidence with financial advice technology (XPLAN experience a bonus, but not essential)
A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
