Role Overview:
PT to start then FT for the right person.
We're hunting for a fired-up, talented Part time Chef de Partie to jump into our pro-yet-playful kitchen crew! You'll be the star slinging and styling dishes that scream quality and real-deal flair. This gig's your ticket to rock a buzzing scene that mixes old-school charm with wild innovation – all while getting treated like one of the fam in our tight-knit, high-energy vibe.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in line with The Gilroy's standards, focusing on French and Italian culinary techniques.
Prepare and plate grill-centered items to recipe specs and assist with daily specials.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes during service.
Manage your section efficiently, including mise en place, stock control, and cleanliness.




Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Support junior staff as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, preferably in French or Italian cuisine.
Strong knowledge and experience working the grill.
Strong knowledge of authentic cooking techniques and ingredient handling.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Understanding of food safety regulations.
