About the role
Snowflake is building the future of the agentic enterprise and requires AI-focused professionals to help transform how organizations operate. We are looking for an experienced sales expert to join our enterprise team and drive recent business acquisition. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping them solve complex challenges through our data platform.

What you'll do
Prospect and secure new business logos by identifying and addressing specific customer pain points.
Lead discovery sessions, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and present value-driven solutions.
Manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles while aligning with customer IT and business roadmaps.
Collaborate with internal partners and service providers to speed up customer value realization.
Develop and execute a regional sales plan to hit quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal departments including engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and sales leadership.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience selling technical SaaS solutions to enterprise-level clients.
Proven track record of winning large, complex new business accounts.
Direct experience in at least one of these sectors: Public Cloud, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML.
Ability to manage long-term sales processes with a focus on solution-based selling.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high-level contact management.
Skills & tools
MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
Expertise in C-level relationship management.
Strategic territory planning and execution.
Practical notes
This role is based in Sydney, Australia.
Candidates must demonstrate a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
