You will be a detail oriented and organized individual to join the client team as Service Desk Technicians in a supervisory and technical role. In this role you will assess, supervise, coordinate and perform servicedesk operations with technicians on behalf of existing clients within the Dental Industry Australiawide.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to manage service requests
Guaranteeing the smooth deliveryof IT solutions and services
Managing schedules ×heets for a team of techniciansand handling escalations from customers
Supporting the continuous improvement of delivery processes and methodologies
Handling the reception, triage, and assignment of all onsite requests, tickets and tasks
Overseeing service operations and delivery and coordinating with account managers
Developing and maintaining trainingimprovement plans, schedulesand status reports
Resolving remote tickets
Requirements
To be successful inyour application, you will need:
Outstanding stakeholder management skillswith the capability to garner support for service managementinitiatives
Demonstrated expertise in workforce scheduling and planning and are beneficial
Experience workingfor a Managed Service Provideror Consultancy.
Access to a car and a valid driver'slicense
Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoftand ITIL certifications and ConnectWise experience beneficial
