The Meat & Wine Co Southbank
is looking for an experienced and dedicated
Chefs
who are committed to exceeding our customers' expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.
To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a fast paced, high volume setting
Prepare all dishes to The Meat & Wine Co standard
A relevant Diploma qualification OR at least 1-3 years of relevant employment experience
Experience cooking over a char-grill essential




Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
Robust leadership, motivational and people skills
Effective communication skills to maintain a secure and friendly working environment
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
Ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays.
