POSITION OVERVIEW
We're seeking a Design Coordinator to support the delivery of design across hyperscale data centre projects. Reporting to the Head of Design - Data Centres, you'll work closely with Design Managers, consultants, and project teams to coordinate design documentation, ensure alignment with strict project and client requirements, and contribute to efficient delivery from early design stages through to construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in coordinating the design process from planning through to construction
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure design alignment
Support design reviews, documentation, and drawing coordination
Identify and help resolve design clashes, discrepancies, and buildability issues
Contribute to value engineering and cost-effective design solutions
Assist with ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
Participate in design meetings and support communication across stakeholders
Maintain accurate design records and documentation
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar
Experience in a Design Coordinator or similar role within commercial construction
Strong understanding of design documentation and coordination processes
Good stakeholder communication and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project workplace
