About the role
Basil's Fine Foods is looking for Retail Assistants to join our team in Mindarie. We have openings for full-time, part time, and casual roles across various departments. You will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of our store.

Engagement: Permanent, with 3-5 shifts per week

What you'll do
Provide exceptional service to customers and assist them with their needs.
Support the operations of the bakery, cafe, deli, and checkout areas.
Requirements
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.




Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice to have
Experience in food handling or knowledge of food safety practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Skills & tools
Proficient in customer service techniques.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and register operations.
