About the role:




As our Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for testing quality and quality assurance within the Internal Products team, ensuring products are delivered to a consistently high standard. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with internal teams to support product development, deployment, and ongoing operational excellence
What you'll be doing:
Conduct thorough test planning, define test cases and scenarios & provide feedback and contribute to process improvements
Build and maintain automated tests using Playwright
Ensure products meet compliance requirements before release
Actively participate in product team projects across all stages of the development lifecycle
Act as a first point of contact, you will resolve escalated issues, bugs, and queries across all BGL Internal Products efficiently with commitment on quality outcomes
Assist other teams with ad hoc requirements such as reporting
What we're looking for
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant industry experience in a QA or testing role will be considered in place of formal qualifications
Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting
Experience working in Agile software development environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Sharp attention to detail
Sound communication skills and can collaborate seamlessly across teams
