Responsibilities
In office work at customer locations
Independently performing maintenance and repair activities, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure continuous equipment operation
Carrying out preventive maintenance in accordance with the service schedule and customer contract requirements
Building and maintaining long‐term customer relationships based on trust, daily commitment, technical excellence, and equipment reliability




Collaborating with other company departments to resolve technical issues, coordinate service interventions, and manage the ordering and shipment of spare parts
Preparing reports on system performance and completed maintenance and service activities
Delivering technical training to customer operators
Managing and updating safety documentation
Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally on business assignments (approximately 200 days per year)
At least a secondary education (technical background preferred)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Experience as an electromechanical technician or automation technician
Solid organizational and time management skills
Communicative level of English
Valid Category B driving licence
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen‐Bradley, Rockwell, and Fanuc PLC systems and software
Forklift operator certification
