Raising safety hazards to Supervisor-Safety first approach
Ensure all staff adhere to PPE and safety requirements
Participate in Toolbox Meetings/daily whiteboard meetings
Completing batch records, log books or anyother controlled documents
Verify and sign off on quality checks and records at the right time
Achieve daily planned jobs
Keeping the equipment/work area clean & tidy
Manpower Planning, motivate and assist operators.
Raise Maintenance requests when needed.
Perform hourly quality checks.
Follow 100% safety procedures
Ensure all staff adhere to PPE and safety requirements
Participate in Toolbox Meetings/daily whiteboard meetings
100% Quality to Prevent NCR
Must follow procedures all times
Must follow Document's. Document what you do at all times
Completing batch records, log books or any other controlled documents
Verify and sign off on quality checks and records at the right time
Follow GDP and GMP at all times.
Achieve daily planned jobs
Following 5S standards
Keeping the equipment/work area clean & tidy
General cleaning




Machine clean & assist with set up
Print Production forms
Maintains good level of raw materials.
Advanced Troubleshooting for products which does not meet specifications
Able to train new employees.
Assists with Stocktakes
Manpower Planning, motivate and assist operators.
Can act in a Supervisor's role if Supervisor absent
Ensure all staff have the right level of training
Raise Maintenance requests when needed.
SAP functions as required
Assist with writing/updating all documents
Follow up on ongoing maintenance/breakdowns
Order any consumables/safety products
Induction of recent casuals.
Ongoing training of casuals
Liase with QC/planning/payroll
Ability to resolve conflict or escalate to Supervisor when necessary
Assist supervisor with NCR's and CAPA's.
Communicate with Supervisor on any plan delays.
Perform hourly quality checks
