As a Senior Clinical Nurse with our Veterans & Aged Care team, you'll lead the clinical side of in-home care — hands-on enough to step in when it matters, senior enough to set the standard for everyone around you. It's complex, it's fast-moving, and the outcome is simple: clients living safely and independently, for longer.
What you'll be doing
Leading and supporting RNs, ENs, support workers and admin staff to deliver protected, person-centred care
Conducting clinical assessments and building or reviewing individualised home care plans
Stepping in with direct nursing care and clinical guidance for clients with complex health needs
Coordinating with GPs, hospital discharge teams and funding bodies to keep care outcomes joined up
Keeping a close eye on quality, risk and compliance — including incident management and complaints resolution
Managing rostering, delegation of care, and the smart use of resources and consumables
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training so your field staff are set up to succeed
You're the right person if...
You're a Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
You hold a Bachelor of Nursing qualification




You've built real experience in community nursing, home care or complex clinical settings
You lead with confidence and know how to mentor and grow the people around you
You hold a current Driver's Licence, National Police Check and Working with Children Check
