We're looking for a reliable, hands‐on
Night Shift Supervisor
to oversee our automated production lines during the night shift.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems and leading by example.
Working with a small team of two operators, you'll ensure production runs safely and efficiently while maintaining quality, productivity and housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
You'll be the senior person on site overnight, responsible for the smooth running of operations until the morning team arrives.
About the Role
As our Night Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of the night shift operation, including:
Supervising and supporting a small production team
Monitoring our automated production line
Basic machine fault finding and troubleshooting
Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch
Covering operator breaks to keep production running
Ensuring production targets are achieved
Monitoring product quality throughout the shift
Maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with WHS requirements
Reporting production issues, downtime and maintenance requirements
Completing shift documentation and handovers to the morning team
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment




Leadership or supervisory experience (or the confidence to step into a leadership role)
Good mechanical aptitude and basic fault-finding skills
A proactive, hands-on approach
Strong communication skills
The ability to work independently and make decisions
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Highly Regarded
Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment
Food manufacturing experience
Forklift Licence
Understanding of GMP and HACCP
First Aid Certificate
