Marketing Coordinator - Property Developer
About the Company
Our client is a highly successful, privately owned property developer with an outstanding reputation across luxury apartments, land, and townhome projects. With a strong pipeline of projects across Melbourne, they are known for delivering exceptional design outcomes and a premium customer experience from concept through to completion.
An opportunity now exists for a Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager across both project and corporate marketing initiatives.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an emerging marketing professional with a genuine passion for property and design to build their career within a respected and high performing organisation. You will gain broad exposure across the full marketing mix, working on multiple projects simultaneously while also contributing to corporate brand initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple residential projects
Liaising with external creative, brand, and project marketing agencies to ensure the timely delivery of marketing collateral
Assisting with the planning and execution of digital marketing activity across web, social, and email channels
Managing and maintaining CRM data,



campaigns, and reporting
Coordinating involvement in relevant industry bodies and associations
Assisting with the preparation and analysis of sales reports to inform marketing strategy
Supporting corporate marketing initiatives alongside project specific campaigns
Working across a variety of collateral including brochures, signage, digital assets, and EDMs
About You
Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
Up to 2 year's relevant marketing experience, ideally gained within property, design, or a related industry
A genuine passion for property development, architecture, and design
Solid working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
Proficiency with Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
An enthusiastic, proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
Driver's licence and own vehicle preferred for site visits when required
