Youth Focus is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader, who is passionate about youth mental health. Leading our diverse teams and programs across the Mid-West region (Geraldton and Meekatharra), this position forms part of our Senior Leadership Team.

Chief Operating Officer
About the Role
The Regional Manager carries overarching responsibility for both the high-quality operational and clinical delivery of services within the Mid-West region. Key responsibilities include:
Ensure sustainable, client focussed quality services are delivered to meet the needs of young people and communities
Foster and nurture key strategic relationships with mental health services, youth services, and other local agencies
Lead operations whilst maintaining accreditation, safety and service standards
Foster an engaging team culture, aligned with organisational values, ensuring all team members feel supported in carrying out their duties and to develop team capability
Oversee the team's budget and authorise budgeted expenditure in line with delegated authority
Analyse and report on program data ensuring relevant funding and accreditation requirements are met
With support from Human Resources, manage recruitment, development, employee relations and other key people management requirements

Generous base salary & salary packaging commensurate to an NFP (up to $18,550 pa)
Additional annual leave after 3.5 years of service (5 weeks pro rata, instead of 4)
