We are seeking experienced Finance Business Partners to support senior executives and operational leaders through a period of strategic financial planning and transformation.

About the Role
Working closely with senior executives and business leaders, you will provide strategic financial advice, budgeting and forecasting support, performance analysis, and financial management expertise.
Responsibilities may include:
Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice
Budget development, forecasting and financial management reporting
Financial performance analysis and business insights
Supporting major projects and investment initiatives
Identifying financial risks, pressures and opportunities
Providing advice on cost recovery and funding arrangements
Influencing business decisions through evidence-based financial analysis
Building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
Leading teams and mentoring finance professionals (for more senior appointments)
About You
We're keen to hear from professionals who have experience in one or more of the following:
Finance business partnering
Management accounting
Commercial finance
Cost recovery
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial analysis and reporting
CFO Advisory
Government finance
Financial planning and performance management
You'll ideally possess:
CA, CPA or equivalent qualifications
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences
Experience operating in large and complex organisations
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
