With new brands coming online and a refreshed, high-traffic retail space, you'll have the platform to build, influence, and lead a high-performing P&A; department while capitalising on expanded product ranges and strong customer demand.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and grow the
Parts & Accessories department
with a strong focus on sales, margin, and customer satisfaction
Manage
procurement, stock control, and inventory accuracy
to maximise availability and minimise wastage
Deliver




expert product knowledge and technical advice
to retail and trade customers
Train, coach, and motivate a team of parts & accessories sales professionals
Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue
Drive in‐store promotions and marketing initiatives that excite riders and move stock
Collaborate with sales and service teams to upsell accessories and enhance every motorcycle purchase
Ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery for customers and workshops
What We're Looking For
Experience in motorcycle parts & accessories management or a senior P&A; role
Strong knowledge of
motorcycle parts, accessories, apparel, and brands
A proven ability to
drive sales and team performance
Excellent customer service skills with the confidence to give technical advice
Solid inventory management and supplier relationship experience
A natural leader who enjoys developing people and building team culture
Strong communication skills and a results‐focused mindset
