Manage daily shopping centre operations and ensure smooth centre performance
Build and maintain robust relationships with tenants, customers, contractors, owners, and stakeholders
Manage tenant communications, retailer engagement, and customer experience initiatives
Coordinate facilities management, cleaning, security, maintenance, and compliance activities
Monitor centre presentation, safety standards, and operational performance
Financial & Property Management
Prepare and manage the centre's annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and outgoings reconciliation in accordance with the Retail Leases Act **** (Vic)
Monitor rent collection, arrears, and tenant financial compliance
Analyse tenant sales and turnover rent data to identify opportunities to optimise centre income
Liaise with accounts/finance teams, owners, auditors,



and external stakeholders regarding financial performance
Assist with financial reporting and provide regular updates on asset performance
Support marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives
Work with marketing partners and retailers to promote the centre and improve customer engagement
Stakeholder & Contractor Management
Coordinate contractor performance and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreements
Manage operational issues and follow up on maintenance requirements
Provide regular reporting and updates to management and property owners
General
Travel regulary between Melbourne and Bendigo sites as required
