Industrial builder who has been in the Melbourne market for sometime, they specialize in Self storage units, and continue to win repeat work from large reputable clients. Family friendly and a outstanding team environment. With a solid pipeline of secured work in the $4m–$10m range, they are now seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of their industrial storage unit projects from early procurement through to final handover.
Your role:
Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to delivery
Manage project budgets, programs, consultants, and subcontractors
Drive quality, safety, and commercial outcomes
Looking after 4-5 projects ($20mil-$30mil all together)
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and clients
Your background:
Must have 5+ combined years experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer,



Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer in commercial or industrial construction for a head contractor
Having a strong technical engineering background with clear communication and client facing
Proven track record delivering complex builds over $4mil
Keen and eager to move into the industrial space
Strong leadership, programming, and cost control skills
Ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
