The Opportunity
This is a national sales role based in Melbourne with huge growth potential and no mandatory travel. You'll be the face of our brand, representing premium custom industrial packaging solutions to manufacturers and exporters who need reliable protection for their products.
You will receive hundreds of warm, qualified leads to follow up on,



plus full mentoring and training from our existing sales team with over 80 years of combined experience in this specialised industry.
Your Role & Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Australia
Build and grow long-term client relationships
Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling product presentations
Design and propose tailored packaging solutions that solve real transport challenges
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
Work closely with our internal manufacturing and design teams to ensure outstanding client outcomes
Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and competitors
What You'll Bring
Proven track record in B2B recent business sales
Highly desirable: Experience in packaging, export, logistics, operations, or manufacturing — so you truly understand how goods are made, packed, shipped, and where damage occurs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability and spatial design thinking
Self-motivated, results-driven, and genuinely customer-focused
Existing network or contacts in high-value manufacturing is a big advantage
