We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our team for a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This position is based in Brisbane CBD and offers a hybrid working model. You will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile practices across various teams, ensuring effective collaboration and maintaining a steady workflow.

What you'll do
Facilitate Agile delivery processes across three distinct delivery pods.
Assist Development Leads, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders in maintaining project cadence and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks.




Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among teams.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a quick-paced environment.
Relevant certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
Experience in a government or public sector environment.
Skills & tools
Proficient in Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Ability to coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
Practical notes
This position is open to candidates with valid work visas.
Hybrid working arrangements will be available, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work.
