Job Description
Title: Chef de Partie Occupation: Chef (ANZSCO ******) Salary: $79,500 - $85,000 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Anada Bar & Restaurant Employer: The Trustee for The FGONE Family Trust Location: Fitzroy, VIC Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
planning menus and estimating food and labour costs
monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff
explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
assisting with the training of staff
