An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking Groundsperson to join the team at one of the Mornington Peninsula's most prestigious privately owned estates.
Set across approximately 30 hectares in beautiful Flinders, this is a rare chance to work in a diverse and meticulously maintained landscape. This position offers long-term stability, excellent working conditions, and the opportunity to develop your skills while working alongside an experienced and passionate team.
As a valued member of our grounds team, you will assist in the maintenance and presentation of a wide variety of landscaped and natural environments including:
Native revegetation areas
Ornamental gardens
Orchard and vegetable garden
Olive grove
Dams and wetlands
Broad acre grass areas
Fine turf areas




To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
Experience in horticulture, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar industry (preferred but not essential)
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Reliability and punctuality
Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual outdoor work
A current driver's licence
