Experienced Conveyancer | QLD / SA Experience Required
Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Conveyancer with Queensland and/or South Australian experience to join a highly regarded commercial law firm.
Working closely with an experienced Property Partner, this role offers the opportunity to manage a broad range of conveyancing matters while utilising your interstate expertise within a supportive and versatile environment.
For the right candidate with strong jurisdictional experience, the firm is open to offering a high level of flexibility.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a range of property matters, including:
End-to-end management of conveyancing files from instruction through to settlement
Managing Queensland and/or South Australian property transactions
Contract preparation and review
Property searches and title reviews
Settlement coordination, including PEXA
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with relevant state legislation and requirements
About You
You will ideally have:
Strong conveyancing experience within a legal or professional services environment
Proven experience managing QLD and/or SA conveyancing matters
Confidence handling files independently from instruction through to settlement
Strong technical knowledge of interstate conveyancing requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
