About the Role
We are currently delivering multiple major infrastructure projects across Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs and are seeking a
reliable and experienced TMI3 Traffic Controller who holds
TMA ticket to
join our growing traffic management team. This role is ideally suitable for professionals with
3+ years of hands-on traffic control experience
, who are safety-focused and committed to high-quality service delivery on major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) on worksites and events.
Conduct pre-start vehicle and equipment checks.
Load, unload,



and set up traffic signage and equipment.
Complete site hazard assessments and implement appropriate control measures.
Monitor traffic behaviour, pedestrians, and cyclists to ensure safety at all times.
Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly.
Follow directions from team leaders, supervisors, and inspectors.
Skills & Experience
TMA Ticket (essential)
3+ years of traffic management experience is highly regarded but not essential
Valid Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Full driver's licence and confidence driving manual vehicles
Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (OHS) principles
