Fresh, artisanal, delicious! The Gelatissimo story began in **** where our first store opened in the heart of Sydney. Churning gelato in store, using secret traditional Calabrian family recipes, word of mouth spread and before long, there were queues out the door and recent store openings followed.

What's the role?
Lead three of our flagship company-owned Sydney stores — Watsons Bay, Circular Quay and Manly
A genuinely hands-on role: you'll be in the business, not behind a desk
Manage and develop the Store Managers running each site — you're the leader of leaders
Own trading performance,



brand standards and the customer experience across the portfolio
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Operations
Transparent pathway to progress into an Area Manager role for the right person
Backfilling an internal promotion — a sign of where this role can take you
We're looking for someone with proven multi-site retail or hospitality management experience, strong people leadership (including managing other managers), commercial acumen, and the energy to lead from the front.
