The Role
This is hands-on food production - similar to sushi making in how it feels.
You will work at your own station, following step-by-step systems, focusing on precision, presentation, and consistency.




Most ingredients are already prepared, so your focus is on assembly, accuracy, and speed.
What You'll Be Doing
Assemble salads, wraps, sandwiches, and platters with sushi-level consistency and presentation
Work at your station using pre-prepared ingredients
Follow our clear, structured systems - we train you properly
Work with pace to meet production targets (without chaos)
Keep your station clean, organised, and food-secure
Rotate across stations as you build capability
