Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, and other bakery products.
Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure quality and consistency.
Mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish products to a high standard.
Maintain a clean, organised, and food-secure work environment.
Assist with stock control and ingredient management.
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Contribute ideas and maintain high presentation standards across all products.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised qualification as a Baker or Pastry Cook (Certificate III or equivalent).
Previous experience in a commercial bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of baking and/or pastry production techniques.




A sound understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work early mornings, alternate weekends, and flexible shifts.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Reliable transport and a commitment to punctuality.
