Later this year, Lexus of Blackburn will unveil a fully rebuilt, state-of-the-art dealership on our existing site — designed to elevate every aspect of the Lexus ownership experience. This is not a new business — it's the transformation of an established, high-performing dealership.
As part of this growth, we are expanding our Service Department and seeking an
Apprentice Technician
to join our high-performing workshop team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a premium brand in a structured, process-driven setting where quality, teamwork and efficiency are genuinely valued.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Technician, you'll work alongside our experienced team to:
Perform scheduled servicing and vehicle maintenance
Assist with diagnostics and repairs
Learn Lexus repair procedures and manufacturer standards




Use the latest workshop equipment and technology
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
Complete your apprenticeship training while gaining valuable hands-on experience
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for the automotive industry
Is eager to learn and develop new skills
Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Works well within a team
Holds a current driver's licence
Previous workshop experience is an advantage but not essential—we're looking for the right attitude above all else.
