12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 off - days & nights) with scheduled leave included every 7 weeks

Reporting to the Shift Foreman, you will be involved in operating, monitoring and maintaining large-scale machinery in a continuous manufacturing environment. This is a hands‐on role where you'll develop strong technical skills over time, supported by a structured training program.
What You Will Do:
Operate and monitor the paper machine to meet safety, quality and production targets
Troubleshoot faults and support resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime
Carry out routine machine checks and assist with preventative maintenance activities
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance
Work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiative
What You Will Bring to the Team:
Strong reliability and commitment – you show up, take ownership and follow through
A positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn and develop new skills
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in understanding how machinery works
Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, trades or hands‐on environment is highly regarded
Trade or technical qualifications are advantageous, but not essential
Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating roster (4 on, 4 off - days and nights)
Able to work in a physically active, fast‐paced industrial environment
