Australian Institute of Sport is seeking an Athlete Identification and Development Lead to drive national Talent Identification and Development (TID) strategies. You will provide strategic leadership to NSOs and the National Institute Network, optimizing identification and progression of Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games athletes.
You will develop and implement evidence-based programs, lead a National TID network, and collaborate with AIS data teams to monitor progression.
