About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse
to join our multidisciplinary team on a
casual basis
, with the opportunity to transition into a
part-time position
for the right candidate.
Working closely with our General Practitioners, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality patient care while enjoying a varied and rewarding clinical role. This position offers a high level of autonomy within a supportive and collaborative practice.
Your responsibilities will include:




Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments
Administering childhood and adult immunisations
Performing iron infusions
Assisting with minor procedures
Wound assessment and management
Chronic disease management support
Stock control and ordering of clinical supplies
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Supporting the delivery of quality patient care across the practice
About You
You are a compassionate, proactive, and patient-focused Registered Nurse who enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. You are confident in your clinical skills, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced general practice environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor of Nursing
Minimum of
one year of experience
as a Practice Nurse in a General Practice setting
Demonstrated experience with immunisations, wound care, and iron infusions
Sound knowledge of the National Immunisation Program and vaccination schedules
Proficiency with clinical software systems (experience with
Best Practice Premier
is highly regarded)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
Current Immunisation Certification in accordance with State/Territory requirements (highly desirable)
