Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development or organizational change management.
Proven track record in consulting, with a focus on strategic transformation initiatives.
A degree in a relevant field such as Business,



Education, or Human Resources.
Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with digital learning platforms and tools.
Familiarity with change management methodologies.
