The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client journey, driving client growth and retention across an existing client portfolio, whilst generating new business.
This will include:
Managing all facets of insurance broking including policy sales, renewals, endorsements, account remarketing and claims support
Driving retention and profitable growth within your commercial client portfolio
Nurturing client relationships, delivering valuable expertise and guidance




Proactively engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Managing associated administration, reporting and compliance requirements
What You'll Need
In order to succeed in this role, you will require the following:
4+ years' experience in an insurance broking account management role, or similar
ASIC Tier 1 qualification
Strong client relationship management and business development skills
Ability to provide relevant guidance and advice to customers
Experience in using financial services software (e.g. Insight, Sunrise, SVU or similar)
Completion of a Diploma Financial Services - Insurance Broking would be considered advantageous, but is not essential.
