We're looking for someone who loves bringing plans to life, thrives on variety, enjoys travelling to stores, and gets genuine satisfaction from walking into a perfectly presented pharmacy knowing "I built this."

What you'll do
No two weeks look the same. You'll work closely with our Project Coordinator, Store Managers, Area Managers, suppliers, contractors and our Support Centre to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Bring new store openings, refurbishments and relocations to life.
Merchandise new stores from an empty shell to opening day.
Set up planograms, product layouts and fixtures to a consistent standard.
Train store teams on merchandising standards and best practice.
Work alongside contractors and suppliers to keep projects moving.
Solve problems quickly when things don't quite go to plan.
Ensure every store reflects the DCO brand.
Look for opportunities to continually improve how we do things.

What you'll bring
Experience in merchandising, retail operations or visual merchandising.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Confidence working independently while also being a great team player.
Willingness to travel regularly to stores across the DCO network.
A practical, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
