What you'll do
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the medical support team in Sydney, ensuring adherence to the highest clinical standards.
Serve as the ultimate authority for addressing high-risk or complex patient inquiries, collaborating closely with both local and offshore support teams.
Work in partnership with product, operations, and clinical departments to enhance workflows and effectively manage potential risks.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and contribute to public-facing content that articulates our clinical care model.
Infuse empathy into the patient experience, ensuring that communication is both clear and supportive throughout the patient journey.
Analyze and implement process improvements to optimize team performance and patient outcomes.

Requirements
Must hold current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a clinical role that involves direct patient interaction or in an operational capacity.
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams, including overseeing performance and providing guidance.
Strong ability to navigate sensitive discussions with professionalism and clarity.
Excellent clinical judgment, particularly in the management of complex cases.
Experience in public speaking or contributing to industry-related content is essential.
