Are you a culinary enthusiast with a passion for providing nutritious and delicious meals for children? St George Montessori Engadine is searching for a dedicated Centre Cook to join our team on a part time basic and make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
About the Role:
As our Centre Cook, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the health and well-being of our children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Your culinary expertise will shine as you plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks that cater to diverse dietary requirements and allergies. You'll bring your experience and creativity to the table, crafting menus that delight young palates while ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Moreover, we're seeking someone who values the joy of involving children in the cooking process, encouraging their curiosity and developing their appreciation for food. This role isn't just about cooking; it's about fostering a love for food and nutrition in the hearts of the next generation.

TO THRIVE YOU WILL NEED:
Previous experience working in a childcare setting
Possess a valid Food Handling/Food Safety Certificate
Hold or willing to obtain a WWCC
Exhibit excitement in menu planning and preparation within a childcare setting
